Even though I was heavily leaning on my 'Runaway' idea and was looking forward to producing it, I realized that I still had some issues dealing with the trauma caused by the event which I had not yet sorted out. I do however plan to do this Idea for my Level 2 FMP as we will probably have more freedom (time)
and hopefully have dealt with the issues that I'm facing. Fortunately enough I was able to get someone else to replace him. I had difficulties directing at times as my opinions were sometimes contrary to that of the DP and at times I wasn't able to communicate what type of camera angle I wanted which led to them filming certain footage I didn't want. During the shoot I we had a chance to experiment with different things such as light to try and create a tense atmosphere, I also got to use a prop I had made which made it se as though the main character was sweating which I really liked. Although my Actor turned up on time I wasn't able to shoot in the indoor locations that Ininitially planned as I wasn't able to get access to indoor court or gym due to bad planning and communication and reliance on one member of staff. I was however able to shoot my outdoor locations with ease at Clapham Common park and Clapham Commom  basketball ground. Fortunately for me my actor was very understanding and had done other shoots before so he was ok with the long procedure.
