Music has to do with the way a person is, their likes and tastes and it goes beyond one level. Now spirituality will be used to refer to a unique, personally meaningful experience (Shafranske 1984). This is the reason I believe that going to a concert can be considered as a spiritual experience, since the person going to the concert can connect to the music and absorb it live. From the concerts I have gone to, the music is something that I connected to on a personal level and for that reason they were meaningful. I remember going to a concert of Los Tigres del Norte which is one of the most popular bands in Mexico, so to see them live was more than just a regular experience. If I remember it after about 10 years, then it means that it connected with me in a deeper level. Now I understand that she was trying to deepen her experience and go into another level with the music.
