Ingredients

• ▢4 cups milk (preferably whole or 2%)

• ▢¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• ▢¼ cup granulated sugar

• ▢½ cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar

• ▢¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

• Place milk, cocoa powder, and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium/medium-low heat, whisking frequently, until warm (but not boiling). Add chocolate chips and whisk constantly until the chocolate chips melt and distribute evenly into the milk. Whisk in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (if desired), and serve immediately. 

Fill your cup almost to the top full of hot water (160 degrees)

1/4 cup of chocolate-chips

1 packet of cocoa-powder

some whipped-cream

some caramel syrup

1-2 candy cane sticks

Step 2. roll the ballish shape of snow you made into a big ball. (its ok if its not perfect)

Step 3. compact more snow but this time make it smaller than the last ball of snow

Step 4. roll the compacted snow into a ball that will fit onto the base/ first ball of snow you made.

Step 5. place your new ball of snow onto the old one.

Step 6. Repeat this process but make the ball smaller so you can make the head.

Step 7. find a stick break it up and stick a piece on each side.

Step 8. find some rocks and make eyes near the middle of the head.

Step 9. put a stick on its head for some hair.

step 10. find some rocks.

Step 11. put the rocks near the eyes in a smile like way.

Step 12. make a little snow ball and put it in the snow mans hand.

I just wing all the ingredients a little bit of milk snow and but it all in a bowl and ,mix it but don't put too much vanilla you just put like a 1 teaspoon

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cup flour all purpose flour

2/2 teaspoon baking soda

84oz choc chips

Whisk sugars salt & butter until paste forms with no lumps, Whisk in egg & Vanilla

beat until ribbons fall off Whisk & remain a short while before falling,stir flour & bake soda & fold mixture with spatula (Do not over mix) put in chocolate chips & chill 30 mins.

I took a photo of this snowy tree, and it doesn’t seem like much But it is a good memory that I have on a snowy day, a few years ago my whole family was at my house and me, and my cousin decided to go That exact tree and we grabbed it and swung it around, so the snow would fall on top of us. It’s not much but it’s a good memory that I will have forever.

Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar, and heat until warm.

Once the milk is warm, add chocolate chips, whisking until they melt into the milk.

Add a splash of vanilla extract.

• Fresh Snow/Shaved Ice

• Fine Sea salt

• Vanilla extract

• A Bowl

• Food Coloring

  (you can put food coloring in it if you want to but we didn't)

  Directions:

  In a large bowl whisked together Sugar, Vanilla, Milk, and Salt together until it is combined. Then, Go scoop up some clean and fresh Snow. (make sure it some snow that no one has stepped on or touched!) Immediately add the fresh Snow to your milk mixture, and stir until you reach you desired consistency. Also, make sure you Snow creams texture is not runny and it is Fluffy. It will melt pretty quickly so make sure to dive in quickly.

  Lastly, Top it with decoration or ice cream toppings of your choice! Enjoy!

  
  

• 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 2 cups all purpose flour

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 2 tsp vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract

For the glaze

• 2 cups powdered sugar

• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

• milk to thin 

For decorating

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1/4 cup sparkling sugar

  
  

  Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream together the butter and sugar until fully mixed.

  3. Add the flour, salt, and vanilla bean paste, and mix until the dough comes together. It may be quite soft.

  4. Place the dough in a covered bowl or a plastic ziplock bag and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  5. Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface until its about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out the cookies using a round biscuit or cookie cutter. I used both a 2 inch and a 2 1/2 inch round cutter.

  6. Place the cookies on an unlined baking sheet, and bake 7-10 minutes. They will still be very pale and soft, but should firm up as they cool. Allow the cookies to cool completely before glazing.

  7. To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar with a little milk or cream until it's smooth. Add the peppermint extract and whisk together. I found I liked 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract in my glaze, but if you're worried about it being too strong, start with 1/4 tsp and taste it to see what you think.

  8. Carefully dip each cooled cookie in the glaze (I like to transfer the glaze to a shallow bowl here). Allow the excess to drip off and place the cookies on a cooling rack or a tray to dry. If you are having a hard time lifting the cookies out of the glaze without breaking them, try thinning the glaze a bit with more milk.

  9. Allow the glaze to mostly dry before coating in the sugars. If it is too wet, the sugar will just sink right in. If you think you waited too long and the glaze is too set, try very gently patting the sugar on top, it should stick. If you catch it right in between, you should be able to sprinkle the sugar on top and have it coat the cookie nicely. For me, this was about 5 minutes of waiting before sprinkling with sugar.

• Milk: You can use just about any kind of milk that you prefer for this recipe — dairy or plant-based, plain or vanilla or chocolate, sweetened or unsweetened, up to you!

• Sugar: We typically make snow cream with basic white granulated sugar, but feel free to use whatever type and amount of sweetener you prefer.

• Vanilla extract: We’ll add a little splash of vanilla extract as our main flavor.

• Fine sea salt: I also highly recommend adding a pinch of fine sea salt to bring out the vanilla flavor.

• Fresh snow (or shaved ice): Finally, you’ll need about 8 cups of fresh clean snow. Or if you prefer not to use snow, you’re welcome to use shaved ice instead. I recommend placing the snow in a metal mixing bowl or a chilled glass bowl to prevent it from melting if you bring the snow inside.
