<title>Clear aims and objectives of a lesson plan makes the teacher focused about the requirements of the students and his own purpose. Teachers&#39; learning activities can be broken down as objectives and eventually may end up as aims. An effective plan can facilitate proper time management which is the most significant part of a class.</title>

<title>Nusrat Jahan “Aims are what teachers (and learners) want to achieve in a lesson or a course. Activity in a class is planned to achieve these aims.” If the aim is unknown to the teachers or learners, they will not know what they should do and what they will achieve. Lesson objectives are specific, measurable outcomes that can be visible or observable. The objectives pinpoint the particular knowledge, concepts and understandings and also helps the learners and teachers reflect on their learning and teaching. If the lesson plan has no objectives and is not coherent, then the aim may not be achieved within the given time, and thus the goal of the lesson may not be fulfilled; </title>
