important to remember that it's a process, both sides have to be committed to clarifying their communication and to following up to say whether their expectations are being met or not - CM

I feel that negative feedback should be given separately but in a constructive way, find ways to create a solution together. Feedback should be listening g and reflecting and turn into collaboration
