I made a TikTok about myself, it introduced people to where I am from and just a few things about my personal life, my interests and job, for example.
2. What went well?
By doing this, I proved to myself that I was more confident than I believed and made me become more open in social settings.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
I could have put more facts into the TikTok itself.
Evidence 2 - enrolment
1. Explain the activity.
I went into the college to speak to a teacher, inputted my grades and ensured I was enrolling on the correct course, this made me feel a bit more confident when starting college as I already interacted with people inside the college.
2. What went well?
All of the teachers were welcoming and it was very easy to understanding how enrolling worked.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
I would have come more prepared, as my login from the sixth form was not working, I could have had that changed beforehand.
Evidence 3 - Tesco
1. Explain the activity.
I began working at Tesco a year ago, this includes engaging with colleagues, managers and store managers on a daily basis, this makes my work more efficient and team cohesion very good due to the communication I have with the people on my department, we have more personal relationships than just work.
2. What went well?
It helped me make friends in my personal life alongside my work life due to the amount of time spent with them both inside and outside of work.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
Would engage with more people off of other departments and people who are older than me as well as people closer to my age.

1. Explain the activity.
After handing in an assignment, I re-read the work and take on the positive criticism given through feedback to improve upon my work. This motivates me to get better grades and improve on the written work in the future which allows me to evaluate my strengths and weaknesses to see what I need to improve on.
2. What went well?
Upon inspection, I am good at explaining things in a summarised way.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
On reflection, I would ensure to explain the key points in more detail than what I had and add referencing into my work to ensure a better grade prior to improvements, which in turn, helps improve my weaknesses.
Evidence 2 - Purpose - working at Tesco.
1. Explain the activity.
Working at Tesco creates a sense of community. This helps me see how working together in a team helps the lives of customers who are struggling to find or lift something in a shop. Through helping them in a day-to-day situation, I can see how helping someone or just conversing with them in a day can help spread positivity throughout society.
2. What went well?
When interacting with customers, I have a positive attitude and always ensure to help them to the best of my ability with a smile. Being friendly towards these customers helps make their days better which improves my sense of purpose.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
Upon reflection, I would try to include more conversations with customers and approach them myself if they look like they are struggling rather then waiting for them to ask me for help. By doing so, it would be easier to offer my support to the customers even if they are shy or scared to approach a stranger and ask for help.
Evidence 3 - Positive Relationships - my little sister.
1. Explain the activity.
Every month I attempt to arrange an outing with my sister to improve our relationship, this could be going to Meadowhall, going for a meal, going to the cinema or even swimming.
2. What went well?
It allows us to have personal conversations and she can speak to me about any problems that she's having in or outside of school building trust between us.

1. Explain the activity.
In Teamwork, Leadership and Communication we were tasked with a scavenger hunt where we had to bring items or take photos in different places with our team through a list of tasks.
2. What went well?
We split the group apart and gave each other different tasks to complete in order to complete the tasks in less time, we kept contact using our phones so that we could keep track of which tasks were done.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
Should have been more effective with the communication side of the hunt, should have used a way that did not require internet since the connection would break easily.
Evidence 2 - Army Workshop
1. Explain the activity.
We did a training camp with some army officers that came in to speak about the army career path.
2. What went well?
After strategising in our groups we managed to complete all the tasks that were given to us due to working together in the physical side of the activities.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
While strategising we should have listened to everyone's ideas and decided which is best instead of deciding to strategise after our initial plan didn't work.
Evidence 3 - CSI practical
1. Explain the activity.
We go out in a group to search for evidence in our CSI kits, we work together using different search methods to find this evidence and communicate with each other if something is found.
2. What went well?
When evidence was found everyone froze so that we could communicate what it was as it could give us hints as towards what any other evidence could be
3. What would you improve on reflection?

I use different coloured bins to segregate different material waste like plastic, metal, glass, paper.
2. What went well?
Nothing gets mixed up with the others so it makes it easier to reuse the materials for other things.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
Make sure that everyone in my house abides by the segregating to ensure that nothing is mixed in.
Evidence 2 - Attended sustainability tutorial
1. Explain the activity.
We had a person come in and learned about what sustainability was and why it was important.
2. What went well?
Through the kahoot quiz I learned a lot of new facts about the environment and why sustainability is necessary.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
The poster created could have been more creative and there could have been better information on it.
Evidence 3 - Get bus to college
1. Explain the activity.
Rather than getting a lift into college I get the bus to college and then walk up to the campus.
2. What went well?
The bus lets out less carbon emissions than a car so it is a good means of transport for college and is more environmentally friendly.

1. Explain the activity.
I have worked at Tesco for over a year now and due to my hard work consisting of picking up overtime as a flexible worker and getting trained across most departments in store I got offered additional hours for my contract. I now work on 3 contracted departments in my workplace.
2. What went well?
The process for the offer of additional contracted hours was based on a score system - I got the most points available on the score system which got me the offer. This score system was based off of the quality of my work and my determination to work overtime for the company.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
Upon reflection, I would have tried to adapt my hours to get a bit less. Due to the hours I now have, I have to work harder to schedule college work and socialising around the hours that I spend at college and work which can be tiring to do.
Evidence 2 - Grades at college
1. Explain the activity.
After submitting my assignments I make sure to actively respond to the feedback I have received from my teachers, due to this I have achieved distinctions in all my assignments so far. Even when I had to sit the mock exam in my exam unit - behaviour and discipline - I revised in my free time to achieve a distinction in my mock exam.
2. What went well?
By achieving the grades that I aim to get I am more motivated to improve my work and ensure that it is handed in on time to avoid any grade capping.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
I would try to get better at spreading work out across the time I have to complete the assignment in order to be able to take my time and see whether I could get better grades first time rather than having to spend time on improving them after it getting marked first time around.
Evidence 3 - staying organised.
1. Explain the activity.
By juggling college, part-time work and socialising I must stay organised in order to still have a fun social life where I can relax, a part-time job where I earn money and gain work experience as well as going to college to achieve my end goal of becoming a police officer.
2. What went well?
By staying organised I manage to enjoy myself and make progress into my future career as well as open up new job opportunities whilst going through new experiences.
3. What would you improve on reflection?
I would try to spend more time with my family around the hours that I am busy - at college and at work - rather than just with my friends. By growing up with Polish parents in Britain, the culture is very different. I still celebrate different customs to those in Britain and celebrate the same way that my parents do however, I am still aware of the different celebrations that are celebrated and how they are celebrated in England.

I am proud of the place that I come from and still end up going back to Poland a lot to see family, but still am able to be respectful of those who I live surrounded by due to the knowledge that I have acquired by living in England.
