The amount of food that Afghan Hounds consume is about 3 1/2-4 3/4 cups. 1 bag of dog food contains about 8 meals if each bag contained 4 lbs of food. It costs $169.74 🤑 to feed the Afghan Hound for one year. Two dogs the same size of the Afghan Hound would cost more than just one dog twice as large. To feed the dog for two weeks, it would cost only about $7 or to be exact, $7.38. It would cost $80.50 to feed the dog for 2 weeks!
$50/week would be a fair deal because grooming, walking the dog twice a day, and feeding, it is a lot of work.

Newborn Food Eating Rate: 4 meals a day with 4-5 hours in-between 1/4 of a cup each meal.  Adult Eating Rate: 3 meals a day 1/3 of a cup each meal. Bichon Frises don't eat a lot, and like to follow you everywhere. 
The dog food bag contains two meal.
It will cost about $672 to feed the Bichon Frise for a year.  It would cost less to have one big dog than to have two Bichon Frises.
It would cost $25.83 for two weeks of feeding.

The Saint Bernard weighs about 120-180 pounds. The Saint Bernard eats about 7 and a half cups of food a day.Each bag contains about 8 meals of food. The dogs food costs $2,802 a year. 2 dogs the same size will cost more than 1 big dog. To feed the dog for 2 weeks it costs $112. If the dog owners go on vacation for two weeks your friend would be an ideal choice to hire because food would cost less than regularly buying from the store and your friend will groom and walk the dog.
