It was smooth to get close with you po, but there were bumpy rides like misunderstanding and conflict. One thing that I totally learned about your handling style is that you just need to be consistent and direct to make them follow through.

This is one thing that is hard on me because I am considered "soft-hearted." I don't know if I could agree on that, but I just don't like commanding others. But when you do, it makes good results—like making us responsible to our tasks. You inspired me to grow and realize that lesson.
