1) Humans create pollution because they liter onto the floor and then it will go to the ocean. There are many ways humans destroy the water supply. When we use boats in the lake, pond, ocean, and other bodies of water, the gasoline and oil leaks into the water and pollutes the area. Also, when farmers use pesticides and herbicides, the chemicals will get into the ocean by runoff.

2) The good examples that humans do to replenish the water supply is separate salt from the ocean water. So we use desalination so we can drink good water. We do that to make the ocean water clean and purified to drink. We can also save our water by taking shorter showers, or not leaving the water on while you brush your teeth, wash your car less often or take it to the car wash, etc.

Sometimes when we wash our cars, the dirt of our car can get in the water and that eventually get into our water supply
2. We can use different processes to re clean our water so we can use it again. One example is cleaning ocean water to help us increase our water supply. Another idea is to use less of it or conserve our water. We can stop leaving it running, take shorter showers, and not waste our water.
