1. Depends and rely on God. Ask God's presence everyday, everywhere.

2. Be calm and talk in gentle tone.

3. Invite God to filled out school with His Love , Joy and peace in His authority.

4. Be a efficient and power leader that manage and guard our school.

5. Be a Vase , ask God to use me as a bridge to bring our childs to God's kingdom.

6. Bring Joy to students. And the Joy is God.

Jangan melakukan segala sesuatu dengan kekuatan sendiri, tetapi lakukan dengan kekuatan Tuhan Yesus

Although sometimes still have doubt but try to strengthen my faith with all kind of powerful statement. (Hopefully next time will be bible verses)

To teach and guide students somehow is very simple, Love them 1st before anything.

Let's do a better Christian Teacher together. 💗

1. Teach with love: Students can know and feel if we truly love them, care for them.

2. Lead with Christlike.

3. Create peace and joyful environment in our classroom.

I still have much to learn as an individual, so I thank you all for guidance and advice.

The grass withers and the flower falls, but the word of our God endures forever.

For the past 13 years, there were too many ups and downs. This year, I am given a new role and I was kind of lost my way. I felt like standing on the fence between doing my best for the Lord or fearing the human/giant (the problems) I encounter with.

Most of the time, I realised I tried to strive by my own strength. Yes, I survived but yet I’m tired, I grumbled, sometimes negative thoughts came through my mind, “I am not good enough”.

Through this conference, I know that I should not give up. And I should come back to the Lord. I love when Mr Cheli said these, “Have you pray?”, “Where is God in this?” It feels like I was a prodigal son, and God calls me back to him. Knowing that our God is a lovely father who will always be there to guide me if I let Him leads me. This brings me comfort and strength.

So, I pray that I will come back stronger, be a good teacher who will teach and lead with love, joy and peace that surpasses all understandings 🩵

Exist to Impact!

My passion for teaching comes from seeing lives change, a change in their learning attitude, especially when weaker students improve, from single digits to double digits. That’s what we always call “double-digit growth.”

God has also touched my heart to build up more teachers, to help them succeed in their teaching journey and to influence even more lives.

1. Tuhan ingin saya melihat karier guru sebagai suatu panggilan yang sangat mulia dan berharga di hadapan Tuhan.

2.Menjadi seorang guru bukan hanya sekadar pekerjaan dalam karier Pendidikan tetapi ianya suatu 'ladang jiwa' secara rohani. ( ramai anak yang belum mendengar/memerima Yesus Sang Juruselamat perlu dijangkau)

3. Action speaks louder than words - Buktikan Kasih melalui tindakan dan perkataan.

4. Tiada halangan/cabaran yang lebih besar daripada TUHAN yang menjaga keseluruhan hidup kita(Tubuh, Jiwa & Roh) - selalu Yakin dan percaya dalam Iman Pada Kristus Yesus

5.Generasi hari ini yang taat dan beriman akan menjadikan Iman generasi akan datang hidup dan bertumbuh.
