I notice that almost all of the clothes that I see in stores are just different versions of each other. Also, when companies see that a certain style is popular, they all want to make the same style. 
I would design my clothes differently by making them with pure natural and organic materials like cotton, linen, wool, hide, and other pure, unmixed materials. 
I would also design my clothes to include the functional things that a lot of clothes don't have, like deep pockets, compartments, belt loops where needed, etc. I would expand my line to include shoes, slippers, socks, T-shirts, pants, jeans, underclothes, over-shirts, and accessories (like hair clips, scarves, belts, etc.). All of these clothes would be reasonably priced so that they can be available to everyone. I believe the customers would most likely be those who like art or shows the art would be about so they have some fanmade merch to own at an affordable price. To be able to start the business, I would need a tablet to make the art, a computer to make the site and run everything, plus businesses that can make the art into the products. This would cost a lot of money, meaning I could save up from my current job while doing commissions on the side. Commissions are where people request you to make this type of art (of course following your rules) and they pay you in return. I would need to put together the required amount and probably shoot higher than that so I have money leftover just in case something would go wrong. I am one to forget or mess up a lot, so help from a friend would work, that way we can both catch a mistake the other one never saw. Plus working beside a friend sounds like fun. I would definitely do this online, with limitations on where to ship, because the internet reaches more people, and especially today there are loads of ways to create an online business.

I would have a shop full of vinyls, cassettes, CDs, electric guitars, amps, drum sets, acoustics, etc. It would also come with the equipment to play these things and accessories, which can also be customized! These accessories and equipment would include: guitar straps, amps, amp chords, drum sticks, record players, portable CD and cassette players (walkman), etc.

I came up with this when I saw pictures of vinyls with images on them. I saw there was a customizable option too! I thought this was amazing and that's how I came up with this idea.

When you walk into the small shop, everything is blank, no songs on any of the tapes, vinyls, CDs; nothing. When I said everything is customized, I meant EVERYTHING. Customers can decide what songs they want to put onto their format of choice, ideally songs 25 years or older as to fit the "classic" title and to avoid copyright infringements. They can choose songs that already exist or they can put their own music onto it. But they can design much more than just what songs go onto these formats. They can customize what these look like as well! Whether they want images printed onto the vinyls or they want a design or they want to paint it themselves or have it painted, EVERYTHING can be customized!

But it doesn't stop there...The instruments are customizable too! The bodies of the guitars and the drums all will be blank or a basic model. All of the models themselves will ideally be older ones from the early 2000's and before; 90's, 80's, 70's, 60's, etc.

I would definitely need crafting supplies to start this business. Obviously. I've been crafting all my life and I already have so much supplies I think getting supplies for that wouldn't be TOO hard. Me and my mom all together have enough craft supplies to start a small business. I would also have to stock up on blank CDs, cassettes and vinyls, some of which I already have acquired. That's what I would start with at least. I think I would start customizing the music pieces first before I move onto the instruments. This way I can get enough money to buy the instruments and so on. I have absolutely NO IDEA how I would make the money to start this business though. I might start it as a private business before I make it legit and do commissions for people I know and maybe a few people online. I would definitely start it off as an online store, if I were to make enough money and the store hit it off really well, then I would start considering and planning to make it a physical shop.

I think people like me who are in love with classic music and instruments would be the majority of my customers. I think people that can't find pieces of music that have that ONE song they're looking for would LOVE this! It's like burning a CD but you can burn vinyls, cassettes, and CDs. I would also love to be able to customize a guitar but have it still be a classic (because of the model). I don't know for sure if people would like this because some people are very strict with what the definition of "classic" is and what its rules are, but I think a lot of people would! The whole concept is to be able to express yourself and your love for vintage, classic music, but also be able to evolve it to match modern music, if that makes sense at all. 

But yeah, that's my business idea. :) If I were to actually go through with it though I would definitely do it with my best friend and mom because she's experienced. They're an amazing artist (my best friend) and have their own drawing style and everything so they would be a huge part of the business. My mom is skilled in many more crafting genres.

       I would also sell records and record players, cassettes and walkmans (or cassette players whichever you like to call them), and any other forms of music and the device to play it. Along with many other things from the past.
       I got the idea from a store called Cartridges Galore that buys and sells games and consoles from the NES to Xbox series X and S (as far as I seen the NES is the oldest console and games they have).
