The environment of Norway surprisingly has a mild climate due to the Gulf Stream and its warm air currents. Though there is still a plenty amount of snow during the winter in Norway. Further inland or far to the north are where the coldest winters occur. Norway has a mountain like environment and is known for their breathtaking scenes in its landscape and the northern lights (aurora borealis) appearing around the season of winter.

The Norwegian tradition is very interesting in which they have traditional clothes that are worn by both men and women. This type of clothing is called bundad which means "clothing", a pretty new creation made by the Norwegians in around the 19th century. Traditionally, bunads were worn to show their background and their family. Nowadays, Norwegian folk would wear bunads to places they love. In celebrations however, their celebrations are similar to American holidays. Norwegians usually celebrate the common holidays such as Christmas, Easter, and New Year's Day. Instead of Independence Day, they have Constitution Day and they have a public holiday called Workers' Day in which workers protest to attract the government in helping them with their problems. The traditional food that Norwegians eat are pretty tasty. Their Røkt laks or salmon are really good to eat. Or their amazing fiskesuppe (fish soup). When it comes to seafood, come to Norway where seafood is really enjoyable.

There are a variety of animals in Norway. Some of the animals in Norway include the Arctic Fox, the Musk Ox, and the Puffin. There are a lot of animals that thrive due to their adaptations. They all adapt well in the winter. For example, in the winter, the Arctic Fox creates dens in the arctic tundra to be used for generations. Arctic Foxes have hearing that is susceptible to very small movements which aids these predators to easily find prey hiding under snow.

It is practiced in a Norway state church.Other than that, Norway is a multicultural and secular society meaning that they have many religions practiced and the laws passed nowadays have less and less to do with religion.
