         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>How many days out of the time period were you successful at the goal?<ul><li>Most days</li></ul></li><li>What strengths did you use to be successful?<ul><li>Considering all of my time has been in or around the theatre lately I would say that I have possibly made some strides in this.</li><li>I even talked with one of the new girls and found out she thought I hated her at the beginning of this semester and was able clarify exactly what happened :D</li></ul></li><li>What barriers did you have to be successful?<ul><li>As I said before, I have been mentally and physically struggling, so some barriers have been withdrawing from social situations because of anxiety, my social battery being fully drained all the time, and the multiple days I have spent accidentally being asleep for 12-15 hours</li></ul></li><li>What is your plan to be successful? (change in goal, change in approach to goal, use of a strength, etc.)<ul><li>I think I am finally catching up on self care and letting myself almost fully recover mentally and physically, at least as much as I can</li><li>I would like to continue getting to know people, I am afraid that people think I am rude</li></ul></li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>How do stress and perception of stress affect your well-being?<br>I want to say that I feel like I have not been dealing with my stress well lately. However, when talking with my director and mentor, they both said that they couldn't really tell how stressed I was until they really sat down and looked at me. My mentor did say my eyes "look tired" the other day, and boy am I tired. So over all, I would say stress has been very bad for my well-being.</div>]]></description>

But the days I could, I did well.</li></ul></li><li>What strengths did you use to be successful?<ul><li>Even if I was tired I was still able to be friendly and say hello to most people. And people have been asking me questions when they need to.</li></ul></li><li>What barriers did you have to be successful?<ul><li>I have been very busy trying to prepare for the theatre show and haven't seen too many people.          <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>How many days out of the time period were you successful at the goal?<ul><li>Not a lot.</li></ul></li><li>What strengths did you use to be successful?<ul><li>I was able to slow down and control my breathing sometimes but I did struggle.</li></ul></li><li>What barriers did you have to be successful?<ul><li>Being tired and not having a lot of extra time this month kind of caused me to not find time to journal and to forget my mindful breathing.</li></ul></li><li>What is your plan to be successful?          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>How do or will expectations, division of household labor, and costs of raising a child play into your future decisions? How could these future decisions affect your well-being? What can you do to maintain or enhance your well-being after this project is complete?<br><br></div><div>I definitely want to have children less and less the more we discuss the subject during class. So I might not have kids or maybe I'll only have one but I will wait for quite a while.<br>This could either be great or awful for my future well-being. I don't look forward to being asked about when I will have children all the time when I get older.<br>I think I would like to start setting goals in a similar process from now on. I think it would help keep me on track.</div>]]></description>
