Desde el gran avance tecnológico que se dio en la Revolución Industrial hasta nuestros días se han tenido muchas modernizaciones en la construcción. Tal es el caso de los elementos de construcción prefabricados. Tienen muchas ventajas al ser más rápido de construir, más económico y sobre todo, es sustentable. Sin embargo, también tiene muchas limitantes que aún deben resolverse.
Particularmente en el caso de México, la construcción industrializada no ha podido desarrollarse al máximo, pues, entre otras rezones, en nuestro país los constructores no se preocupan por conocer nuevas tecnologías constructivas ya que disponen de una mano de obra barata que satisface sus necesidades de construcción.

Se le dio seguimiento a la secuencia de temas que se han estudiado en los trimestres anteriores en las UEAs de Sistemas Constructivos y Estructurales. A pesar de que la contingencia sanitaria no nos permitió tomar clases de manera presencial en la universidad, considero que la manera en que fue impartida la UEA fue muy productiva y eficiente.
Todos los temas que estudiamos a lo largo del trimestre son cruciales en nuestra formación como arquitectos. Me llevo muchos conocimientos de este curso que, en complemento con las demás UEAs, me permiten ampliar mis conocimientos de la licenciatura.
En particular, estoy muy satisfecha con todo el desarrollo del curso. El hecho de que trabajáramos en equipo, fue una oportunidad de trabajo cooperativo, que considero, es algo que trabajaremos de manera constante en el ámbito laboral.

Considero que realizar investigaciones y este padlet ayudo a una mejor comprensión del curso, ya que sirvió de complemento a las presentaciones impartidas por el profesor, ayudando a reforzar los conocimientos y a tener una idea más crítica de estos.

Por otro lado considero que estos temas son de vital importancia para lograr tener una edificación que sea estructuralmente estable y segura, tomando en cuenta el reglamento de construcción y las normas técnicas complementarias, pues con ello se analizan las acciones que pueden afectar o influir a las edificaciones.

El curso me pareció muy completo y considero que los temas se trataron a profundidad.

El manejo de los temas y cronología adecuada hicieron que el curso se hiciera entendible y correcto.

Los temas desarrollados engloban lo visto en las materias de Sistemas Constructivos desde el I hasta el IV, pero más específico y con cuestiones técnicas que se detallan.

Personalmente he comprendido cada uno de los temas, el funcionamiento, razonamiento, procesos, ventajas y desventajas de la construcción a nivel residencial y de edificios de gran altura, el género del edificio tiene una serie de procesos que se debe llevar a cabo como indica el reglamento de construcción y las normas técnicas complementarias.

El desarrollo del curso nos enseño detalladamente lo que es un levantamiento topográfico, un análisis de mecánica de suelos, excavaciones y sus protecciones, cimentaciones profundas, diseño por sismo y viento, sistema estructural para edificaciones de gran altura y materiales prefabricados, el sistema de aprendizaje de estos temas me pareció una buena práctica, las presentaciones del profesor se reforzaron con el trabajo del padlet y resúmenes de lecturas y videos, lo cual hacía que cada uno fuera entendible. Quedó satisfecho de lo aprendido en clase aunque para temas de construcción siempre se aprende algo nuevo, es algo que con las bases aprendidas aquí se deben reforzar estando en situ.

Pusimos en practica temas que con anterioridad hemos trabajado, pero esta vez aplicados en un procedimiento semi-industrializados.
Se analizo el procedimiento que se tratara a la hora de la realización de un proyecto arquitectónico, como es un estudio de suelo, métodos para las cimentaciones y normas a seguir en el proceso, como sistemas de protección contra fuerzas naturales.
El curso fue de gran ayuda para recordar y comprender con mas amplitud temas anteriormente vistos, ademas de conocer nuevos temas que ayudan en el funcionamiento de los sistemas estructurales.]]> 2020-07-13 16:12:52 UTC https://padlet.com/al2142011801/7kg0eyibk2kjpyr9/wish/653398387 Melyssa Argueta Ipiña al2173008889 https://padlet.com/al2142011801/7kg0eyibk2kjpyr9/wish/653398534 Tras este trimestre lo que puedo concluir es el hecho de que a pesar de ya no tratarse de casa habitación si no de una escala mayor el uso del concreto sigue siendo una de las opciones más viables, sin embargo, también existen otros materiales, y dado que son más prominentes se debe tener un buen control de diseño estructural por lo cual la simetría en la estructura adquiere una gran importancia la cual tendrá un buen impacto en el diseño de sismo, me he dado cuenta que algunos pasos como lo son el estudio del terreno es algo sumamente necesario sin importar la dimensión del proyecto, pero en cambio la implementación de la maquinaria así como el cuidado que se debe tener es aún mayor, ya sea porque la excavación será más profunda o porque la altura será mayor o el sistema constructivo será prefabricado.

Personalmente con respecto al trimestre puedo decir que a pesar de tener ciertas limitaciones por el uso de la tecnología también tuvo sus ventajas, terminando de manera satisfactoria y con un nuevo aprendizaje no solo en la materia.
