I have concerns about some of the students who aren't doing any of the work. I have spoken to them and I have given them the opportunity to work on the NX's during class time/my lunch and they aren't coming. I hope they get it together if not they will have to make up the credit either next semester.

After reflecting with my colleagues, I am hopeful that we'll provide the utmost support for students to ensure they'll cross the finish line successfully.  The main thought that comes to mind is that we all need to display the highest form of integrity when assessing if students are truly ready to move forward to the next level/grade.  The biggest takeaway from this reflection is that NMSSJ has provided a unique opportunity for teachers to leverage their analysis of students--coupled with academic initiatives--to assist students that maybe on the brink of failure.  Teachers at NMSSJ must utilize and take advantage of the liberty provided to support students, the best way possible.
