-at 14 months old Anna was measuring behind, had a high heart rate, and pale skin. She had swollen hands and feet. Had a low hematocrit.
-Blood pressure of 140/72 
-Referred to cardiologist after two incidents of self resolved chest pain.
-Anna consumes three glasses of wine each day 
-Takes an aspirin daily
-Patient is tachycardic (average heart rate ranged from 90-105)
-Annas family has history of heart disease
-Patient shows no signs of edema
-Slight heart murmur detected
-Patient experienced drastic increases in blood pressure and premature ventricular contractions
