A portion of taxpayers' money should be used to fund new bus services and rail extensions. This solution will not only increase mobility; it will also aid in pollution reduction and economic benefits. Transportation development increases revenue and property values. Overall, through this proposal, rural, suburban, and urban areas will able to be a cohesive unit and thus thrive.
