Over the coming days, you will explore how adult education can become more inclusive through Erasmus+. Through inspiring examples, study visits, interactive workshops and discussions, you will identify barriers to participation and discover practical approaches used by Finnish adult education organisations. You will also explore Erasmus+ project examples, connect with colleagues from across Europe and develop ideas for future cooperation and new partnerships.

Above all, we hope you will actively share your own experiences, ideas and expertise. Together, we can make this TCA an inspiring, collaborative and memorable learning experience for everyone. We hope the seminar will spark meaningful connections, enrich your professional practice and support the development of lasting networks across Europe. Thank you for being part of this shared journey, and a very warm welcome to Finland and Tuusula!
