Synthetic diamonds are diamonds that are grown in labs, but are still real diamonds because the structure is still the same. Because synthetic diamonds are grown in labs they have no imperfection in them. They are also less expensive as natural ones. Natural diamonds are actually made in nature by immense heat and pressure. These diamonds can get dirt and other things in them from being formed in the ground. These imperfections can't be taken out. Natural diamonds are also very expensive. But, to some people natural diamonds might feel more special because they made in nature.
