  I assisted the staff in labeling the bottles of Refreshing Oil, which is one of the wellness products produced by Al Jannah Pusat Rawatan Bekam dan Akupuntur. The process involved cleaning the bottle surface, carefully aligning the sticker, and ensuring a neat and professional presentation suitable for sale or client use.

  I was assigned to write and fill in customer receipts after treatment sessions were completed. This included recording the customer's name, date of treatment, type of service received (e.g., bekam, urut, akupuntur), total payment amount, and method of payment (cash/online). These receipts were either given to the customer or filed for record-keeping.

We briefly explained some of the products when customers showed interest.

  I observed several treatment sessions conducted by Tabibah Na and her team. These sessions included various types of cupping therapy (dry and wet) and acupuncture. I focused on learning how to manage clients, prepare equipment, and apply the correct hygiene protocols.

This final video wrapped up our series of wellness promotion content for Al Jannah.

  Today, my fellow intern and I worked together to fold clean laundry, which included towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, sarongs, and other linens used during treatments such as bekam and acupuncture. The folded items were then organized and placed into their respective drawers or storage compartments to ensure smooth operations for the next treatment sessions.

This involved sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping down treatment beds and surfaces, arranging furniture, ensuring all equipment was sanitized, and making the customer waiting area presentable. It is part of our daily routine to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

  Occasionally, the workload felt heavier when clients arrived earlier than expected or when there were fewer staff available in the morning.

  We coordinated tasks more efficiently, dividing areas to clean among ourselves to save time. We also started cleaning slightly earlier when anticipating a busy day.

• Work processes involved:
  Today was officially my last day of internship, however, I was unable to attend due to health issues. I experienced low blood pressure and gastric pain, and after a consultation with the doctor, I was given a medical certificate (MC) to rest and recover.
