What is a constitution?
The constitution is something that sets the limits and boundaries of the governments' interaction and powers. The Constitution works as a means by which the government in the rule knows as to what extent they can impose rules and regulations on the citizen of the country
How does a constitution help in the working of a Nation?
A constitution is set for the countries to develop successfully. Thus, any added improvement in the constitution will thrive up to this. Thanks to the constitution, the power of the governmental bodies flow in a certain path. As for the Indian Constitution, it distributes the power horizontally throughout the three major institutional bodies of the Indian Jurisdiction. The country is controlled and run by the government who makes the laws and wants citizens and  people living there to follow these laws to make the country or community a better place. 
Without laws or constitution, the country might not be secured or safe. The country is also run by judicial body, it's people, its people, and most importantly by the Constitution. 
The UAE constitution:
The Constitution of the United Arab Emirates provides a legal and political framework for the operation of the United Arab Emirates as a federation of seven emirates. The constitution of UAE came on 2 December 1971 and was accepted on May 1996.
The national flag of UAE has 4 colours. Red, Green, White and Black. Red refers to Power
Green refers to Agriculture and goodness.
White refers to peace. 
Black refers to mental strength.

Authored by Adi Bitar, a forming judge and legal advisor, the Constitution is written in 10 parts and has 152 Articles. The Constitution came into effect on 2 December 1971 and was permanently accepted in May 1996.

UAE flag consists of four colors, Green white, black, and red. All four of which stand for Arabian unity. Green refers to goodness and agriculture, abundant throughout the country. White refers to peace. Black refers to courage and power.
