As a result, residents can easily purchase other things on the Internet without stepping outside their homes, which results as the discount in sales of the stores in cities. For the another thing, I reckon that it is not that accessible to close the existence of local shops because there will still be residents who prefer shopping at these stores. To explain this statement, I will give some reasons. On one hand, why I concur this? It due to the convinience of online stores. Actually, people do not have to go outside, they just stay home, surfing their phone to looking for many kind of things they need even with chipper cost. Otherwise, I do not entirely think that the popularity of website shops lead to the disapperence of local stores. As the old and some low-tech people still not adopt this online buying habit, they do not believe in quaility of online things.

However, I consider this development as positive, due to a number of reasons.

(10') (M1) To begin with, online shopping is considered to be more convenient for customers than in-store purchasing. Perhaps, this is because many people nowadays are unable to go shopping traditionally as they are too busy with their personal responsibilities. For example, virtual shopping websites such as eBay and Amazon provide a wide range of products online, which cater to the needs of individuals from the comfort of their home. (3 câu)

(10') (M2) Moreover, such shopping sites have considerably reduced major inconveniences associated with shopping. => For example, travelling to distant shops, parking vehicles in crowded cities may cause customers to spend a lot of time, resulting in them feeling exhausted.

(Agree): The rapid growth of online shopping has undeniably revolutionized the way consumers make purchases. With the convenience of ordering from the comfort of one's home and the vast array of products available at the click of a button, traditional brick-and-mortar shops in towns and cities face an unprecedented challenge. As online platforms continue to enhance their user experience, offering quick deliveries and competitive prices, there is a realistic concern that the physical presence of shops might diminish. The convenience, efficiency, and accessibility of online shopping may eventually lead to a significant decline in foot traffic to traditional stores, possibly resulting in the closure of many of them. This shift in consumer behavior is a testament to the transformative power of technology in shaping the future of retail.

(Disagree):

While online shopping has undoubtedly gained immense popularity, it would be premature to predict the complete closure of all shops in towns and cities. Traditional retail establishments offer a unique and irreplaceable shopping experience that online platforms cannot replicate. Many consumers still value the tactile aspect of shopping, the ability to physically inspect products before making a purchase, and the immediacy of taking items home. Furthermore, local shops often play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and providing personalized customer service. While online shopping may continue to thrive, the coexistence of both online and offline retail is likely to persist, with each catering to different consumer preferences and needs. The future may involve a harmonious blend of these two modes of shopping rather than the complete extinction of traditional stores.

Firstly, the cost of most items is decreased in online stores. For example, when you want to buy a cheap hat, you can go online and buy that hat immediately. This is because people can buy things easily and don't have to go outside to buy them. Secondly, this helps some shops to sell their product. To demonstrate, shops can advertise their product by posting posts online and people can see it. I think the reason is that they don't want to spend money on advertising their product, which also takes a lot of time to do. In conclusion, I completely agree that shops will go away in the future and be replaced by cybershopping as this is becoming well-known by everyone.

The convenience, efficiency, and vast array of choices offered by online platforms have reshaped consumer habits, potentially paving the way for a future where many brick-and-mortar stores face closure. As technology continues to advance, the retail landscape is likely to undergo significant transformations.
