Hello, my name is Danna; I´m Colombian. Im´ currently a student; however, I have a business. Being Latina, my first language is Spanish, but recently I have been learning English. I´m also studying psychology at an UNAD university. Very soon, I will turn 18, one day before the end of October. I enjoy spending afternoons with my pet and making video calls with some of my friends in my free time.

I am from Puerto Carreño, and I live in a small neighborhood called "La Esperanza" I live with my mother and one of my younger brothers. Our house is spacious and very fresh, I have my room, and on its walls, I have pictures of my friends and family, along with some school medals. My whole house is painted pastel pink. My town is too hot and far from the center of the country.

My day usually starts around 8 am; the first thing I do is take a shower to have breakfast later. Sometimes I review the tasks of each of the courses as well as their participatory forums. After this, I help prepare lunch so that it this ready before 12:30 pm. Finally, after studying and having lunch, I sleep for a while and then take my dog for a walk. Sometimes I don't like dinner, but when I do, it's just light meals. I go to bed very late, around 10 pm, and this is the routine of every day, without exception, even on weekends. I like to listen to music in English and see its lyrics, so I would think that I often study English.

Cada que entro a la plataforma de la universidad, reviso principalmente el foro colaborativo y después repaso los correos enviados por mis tutores, esto no lo hago con mucha frecuencia ya que solo suelo tener comunicación con ellos cuando no logro comprender algún ítem de la actividad.

Como punto clave, es necesario revisar y consolidar conocimientos a partir del material de estudio ofrecido por el curso, es así como me tomé el tiempo de realizar cada uno de los módulos del E-book, el cual me ayudó a tener mejor apropiación de la tarea a realizar.

Participé en el primer B-learning, el cual se llevó a cabo con bastante participación por parte de mis compañeros y mía.

El reto de esta tarea fue no utilizar el traductor y si el máximo de tu entendimiento, por lo tanto, me permitió tener más fluidez de escritura, también me llevó a investigar más sobre la gramática y estructura del idioma inglés.

Como bien sabemos, hoy en día predominan demasiados horizontes que no estuvieron al alcance de nuestros antepasados, es por eso que por medio de no solo aprender ingles sino cualquier otro idioma con el cual me pueda desempeñar, aumenta tanto mi crecimiento personal como las oportunidades laborales.

¿Estudié y realicé las prácticas de todo el contenido del e-Book?

Con anterioridad ya había realizado una revisión a fondo sobre los módulos pasados, así que fue de agrado y facilidad completar este ejercicio del ultimo modulo de E-book.

¿Participé en el foro dentro de los tiempos indicados?

Logré consolidar la etapa 1 en el foro, hoy 3 de noviembre del 2022, ya dos de mis compañeras habían participado con anterioridad, y recibieron la debida retroalimentación por parte del tutor.

¿Preparé y dediqué suficiente tiempo para realizar una buena presentación oral en el video y/o en la asesoría sincrónica?

No, no me tomé el tiempo para realizar la actividad con la calma suficiente puesto que no tengo organización en mi horario de estudio, aún así me esforcé por realizar y entregar la actividad por completo.

¿Me siento más seguro de expresarme Oralmente en inglés?

Mi habla y pronunciación de inglés siempre han sido mi mayor inseguridad en las aulas de clase, a pesar de ser virtual me sigue carcomiento este miedo, pero este tipo de actividades logran desatar este tipo de impedimentos, así que sería un 5/10

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

Pensaría que aporta más en mi vida personal e intereses, pues me brinda fluidez y control de nervios, este tipo de actividades las veré en el recorrido de mi carrera, así que es complemente necesario tener un buen desempeño en estas actividades.
