The main conflict in The Lightning Theif so far is that Percy's is the the son of Poseidon, who's having a big arugument with Zeus about whether or not Poseidon sent Percy on a mission to take Zeus's master lightning bolt.

The Coelphysis has sharp teeth and short arms with claws. Coelphysis also has a long neck but it is very small weight-wise, and height-wise.

The Diplodocus was a plant eater and he lived in the Jurrasic time period. It measured 90 feet long and had a 26- foot long tail and a 2-foot long head. In the picture it showed it's huge skeleton and the text gave me all the facts.

Dinosaur Dectives is a narrative text. For instance, it has a narrator and all illustrations. Ralphie isn't the narrator. In addition it does not have many text features. I also noticed that it did not have much information.

Effect: "So how can Dinosaur Jim hunt dinosaurs if there aren't any around?"

Cause: "That's because they did not know that dinosaurs had ever existed."

Effect: "They thought the dinosaur bones might have come from hippos or elephants or other large creatures."
