         <description><![CDATA[<div>For those days when you have the flu in my family we use a tea that practically cures all symptoms.&nbsp;<br>1 garlic<br>1 teaspoon of honey<br>1 medium lemon<br>&nbsp;small piece of ginger<br>1 cup of water (or as much as you need, this is up to your own taste and needs).<br>Peel, clean and split all the ingredients and boil the water. When the water is about to bubble, add all the ingredients except the honey (the garlic is crushed, the lemon cut in half and the ginger in slices). Finally, when everything has boiled for about 10 minutes or when you see that the water has changed colour and has reduced a little, strain it and pour the water into a glass and then add the honey because it takes away a little of the flavour.</div>]]></description>

You can also add honey when it is ready to drink.<br><br><strong>What are the benefits?</strong></div><ul><li>Guava leaves can helps when people have diarrhea, as it inhibits the growth of the bacteria that causes diarrhea and helps to remove the pain. It also helps colds and coughs because guava leaves have high levels of vitamin C an iron.</li><li>Soursop leaves help control diabetes because it has phytochemical compounds, such as tannins, flavonoids and triterpenoids, which help regulate blood sugar levels. Another benefit is that it helps to increase the immune response because it has properties that promote an increase in the amount of white blood cells or leukocytes in the blood. Helping to cure stomach problems. Soursop leaf extract has a gastric protective effect similar to some drugs which helps to alleviate the symptoms of some gastric problems, such as ulcers and gastritis, due to its antioxidant compounds.</li><li>Ginger facilitates digestion because it activates intestinal movements and the absorption of nutrients. One of the most important clove benefits has to do with the digestive system. Due to its carminative and anti-inflammatory properties, it helps relieve gas and indigestion. In addition, its extracts have given positive results in the treatment of ulcers.

Home remedy for digestive problems:
5 cloves
1 glass of water (200 ml)

Preparation:

First, bring a glass of water to a boil.
When it reaches its boiling point, add the pain cloves to it.
Remove the drink from the heat and let it rest for around 10 minutes.
After this time, filter it through a strainer and consume it.
Take it up to 2 times a day for 3 days in a row.</pre><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Valerian root has sedative and hypnotic activity. It has also been shown to have spasmolytic and muscle-relaxing activity.&nbsp; The underground organs (rhizomes, roots and stolons), which constitute the drug, are used for the treatment of neurotonic states, especially in cases of anxiety and sleep disorders.&nbsp; <br>when the drug is fresh it has no odor, but when it dries it develops a strong and characteristic odor, unpleasant.<br>Greek and Roman doctors prescribed it as a diuretic, analgesic and against cough. Traditionally it has been used in cases of anxiety, excitability and insomnia and as an antispasmodic, but it has also been used to combat headaches, intestinal colic, rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhea;&nbsp; Topically in cuts, small inflammations and for acne, Traditional Chinese medicine also includes its usefulness in colds, bruises and menstruation problems.<br><br><strong><mark>&nbsp;some ways to use:</mark></strong><mark><br><br></mark><strong>&nbsp;Valerian infusion: </strong>the recommended dose is 3 cups a day maximum.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<strong>Valerian Root Powder:</strong> Up to 6 grams per day is recommended in this format.</div><div>&nbsp;<br><strong>Valerian baths: </strong>it is recommended to be in the water for 10 minutes.<br><br></div><div><strong>Valerian capsules: </strong>it is important that you read the leaflet that accompanies the package.&nbsp; Generally there are 4 capsules a day (2 tablets at lunch and another two at dinner).</div>]]></description>
