         <title>HLP 2: Organize and Facilitate Effective Meetings with Professionals and Families</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Evidence-based Practices Support - High Leverage Practice.  Identifying clear measurable student outcomes.  Developing instructional and behavior plans to support outcomes.  Developing meeting agenda and allocating time to meet the goals of the agenda. Leading ways to encourage agreement, build through positive verbal and non verbal communication.  Encourage and sharing multiple perspectives, demonstrate active listening and giving and getting feedback.</p><p><br/></p><p>3 Articles:</p><p><br/></p><p>Parent/Teacher Collaboration: Teacher Perceptions. Families who participate have seen their roles as a primary time to listen and answer questions. Bringing together multiple modes into one program. We see this to be a connection hub and managing course materials.
