The camera snap that occurs when turning, can be somewhat jarring. Maybe using the smooth camera turning by default would make the experience better?

Could we have pop-ups that are pinned to points of interest (doors, documents, equipment). The pop-ups could be a triangle or diamonds to indicate points of interest.

Instead of pop-ups, we could also highlight an object that we can interact with.

We could even use navigation lines to guide the user through the different doors for example.

Tweezers model: Use a 3D/360 model for this one, or maybe another angle of it as it seems to be just 2D, not very identifiable image of the tool

Surgical bowl: Maybe use a stainless steel model if available

Patients start talking before approaching them and we don't know who is speaking each time unless we check if their mouth is moving. I suggest each patient starts speaking after we approach them, like in the instructions provided when entering the task "Go near to the patients and listen to..."

There is no colour next to each patient to assess their pain, as provided in the instructions.

As they have to select from the tablet the patient to be taken to the examination room, this should be provided in the instructions as well. Otherwise, when adding the colour next to each patient to assess the pain, there could be the option there too for taking the patient to the examination room.

The movements/actions of the nurse are not synchronized with the speech e.g. she says I will check your heart rate but checks blood pressure

I would say after each examination the nurse performs (e.g. blood pressure etc.) she could wait next to the patient instead of going back to her seat every time

Instructions to be provided to the student after the dialogue ends. e.g. an information box telling them to "Now grab the tablet and complete the exercises provided".

In the quizz, in the box that the words appear avoid scrolling as it is difficult. Maybe make the box where the answer is provided smaller and include all the available words for the sentence formatting to be visible without the need to scroll

In the quizz: In the question "Have you experienced any shortness of breath or breathing difficulties lately?" remove "of breath" in the correct answer and only keep breathing
