1. Appearance: the crumbs look uncooked, dry and crumbly. there were small and big crumbs. the apples on the sides look burnt and brown. the apple's juice was as the bottom of the apple crumble. There was some sugar on the first layer. the dish looks messy and there are some slices of the apple sticking out from the sides. The apples looked juicy
2. Taste: the apples tasted sweet and had a sour aftertaste, cinnamon flavor, apple fragrance. the sugar made the crumbs taste sweeter. most of the taste came from the apples
3. 2) Taste: Overall the dessert was decent tasting as it was not so sweet nor too sour. When it was in my mouth the apple fragrance was very strong and cinnamon flavouring did not cover it up where else it helps to make it more pleasant and refreshing.
3)Texture: The dessert had two texture. The apple was a bit hard and chewy in the mouth so i think it was not fully cooked yet. The crumbs was just right not too hard not too soft(Crunchy) and it helped to make the apple crumble taste more delicious than expected.

1. Appearance: The apple crumble was well cooked and looked the right colour. The crumble was not mashed up and turned out like crumble when baked. The crumble helped improve the appearance as below the crumble were baked apple slices, and it would look unsightly. Overall the food was baked well as it turned out to be golden-brown in colour
2. Taste: The taste of the apples crumble was very nice. When you first eat the apples crumble, you will get a hint of sourness. This comes from the diced green apples. However the sourness will soon go away and we will start to taste sweetness. This comes from the cinnamon which the apples the mixed in to give a sweet taste. The crumble also gave a sweet taste to the dish
3. Texture: The dish has two layers of texture. The first layer is the diced apples mixed with cinnamon and the second layer is the crumble. The crumble gave the dish a bit of "crunchiness" as it was baked relatively long. Some apples which were baked well had some crunchiness while some of the apples that were too moist were soggy.
