In contrast, the crew in QF1 was far much less attentive - be it the passenger's experience - in terms of delays in meal serving OR the vigilance to maintain the necessary order in the plane for other passengers' safety. 

It could be because it's a A380 plane that comes with double decks, and my seat was close to the hidden passage way. It was quite disruptive when the crew members move in/out at several junctures in flight.
