I tried to keep myself safe being far from the windows. Suddently, everything was burning and I was falling down from the aircraft. I didn' t know how, but I survived. I don' t remember what happened then. I only remember that I woke up on the island and some nurses were helping me. This was an experience that changed my life forever and made me appreciate every moment of my life.

But then I had some second thoughts about it and agreed to see him again, because I wouldn't like to have any resentment in my life. At the end, meeting him, it was good for both of us. We forgave each other and talked as old friends. We understood that what had happened in the war wasn't our fault, we were just following orders. It gave us some peace letting the past go.

When I first saw him in the hall, I felt really nervous, I wanted everything to be perfect; but when Neil got home, I felt relieved: I just knew that everything was going to be fine.
I cooked some "asado" (because I wanted to do something argentinian) and then, we talked about our lifes after the war. We were both sorry with the other about what had happened in those dark moments, but everything that happened between us ended up being forgotten, because we both knew that we didn' t want to hurt anybody. We were just following orders.

I didn’t want to but I had to do it. When I saw that aircraft burning I was shooted, I couldn’t belive that I had killed him, but some years ago I discovered he didn’t die in that moment. I felt so happy when I saw him and talked with him. I’m happy that we forgive us and understood that we were in the same situation. I can see how important is to know to forgive people.

I met him and he is a good person. The war was a job and it was an obligations. We had an amazing meeting. I think that if we had met in another situation we would be friends. When I saw him for the first time I felt fine because he thought that he had killed me in the war. I think that we need time to known persons.

I'm argentine and I had to fight with the British enemies for these islands. My experience was painful and terrible but I had some beatiful moments with my people. I saw men with scary faces and shouting. It was so sad but I had to defend our islands. I, sometimes, felt strong and,  sometimes, with a raw emotion. I didn't imagine that I would survive. Today I'm surprised seeing all the deads ( I'm sure that this has been a once in a lifetime opportunity and too much when I know that a men almost killed me). I think that this war was innecesary and we have to know the consequences of our own actions because they can be able to be terrible for this world.
