the second amendment and freedom of religion and speech stays the same. Conservative ideals will be implemented and it will be a nationalist regime. same laws apply to justice as America but in my society misgendering is not a crime and hate speech isn't a thing either

If you think about it, America wasn't built by just one person. It took centuries and many, many people and leaders. I think that a small group or society would be easier to organize. I was thinking about popular sovereignty but the question asks me to describe a new type of government from scratch so I don't know if I can use older ideas that are still in use.
