Kidding aside, I’ve witnessed a lot of people losing their loved ones just because they don’t have enough money. With that, I aspire to become a (rich) doctor that helps people who are in need, most especially  those people who are less fortunate. I will be creating my own outreach programs and I’ll be providing free check-ups.

That my heart is happy when I see other people happy? Yes! Seeing my loved ones happy and sharing my blessings are the two main things that bring me the most joy. Especially when the words “thank you” come out of their mouth. Also, my hobbies bring me joy, too! Singing, dancing, cooking, scuba diving, baking, traveling, playing badminton, swimming, and many more!

They don’t know that they are all very blessed. I have seen, met, and talked to families in remote areas, saying that they were very blessed that people like us (follow our fb page GENSAN OVERLANDERS) came to their area even though the area was far, and the trail was hard. My heart broke into pieces when I talked to Mama Jel (a single mom of 4) saying that it was their first time eating 3 meals a day after 2 months. They said that life there was very hard and she can only give her children one meal a day. It broke me. She said that I should stop crying. “Sanay na kami diri. Puro trabaho kami dito sa bukid”. It made me ponder a lot of things. This is why, one day, I want people to know that there are people out there who are suffering and need help. We should start by being thankful for what we have so that we can learn to give love to others, too.
