  • 5 or 6 stalks of celery washed, dried, and cut into 2 to 3 inch sticks
  • 1 Tbs natural peanut butter or almond butter per celery stick
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup red grapes washed and quartered
Instructions
1. Spread peanut or almond butter down the center of a celery stick. 
2. Sprinkle Raisins and/or grapes down the center on top of the peanut/almond butter.

  • 3 apples (I use Granny Smith, Pink Lady, or Honey Crisp)
  • ground cinnamon
  • granulated sugar
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 200F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with silicone baking mats. Set aside.
  2. Wash and thinly slice the apples as shown in the photos above. Spread the apple slices onto the baking pans making 1 single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Bake for 1 hour, flip the apples over, and bake for another 1-1.5 hours. Turn the oven off and keep the apples inside as the oven cools down for 1 hour. This will help them get crunchy. Some apples may just be chewy and only slightly crunchy after 3 hours in the oven. Store apple chips at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

  • 1 Plum Organics Just Prunes pouch (or substitute 1/2 cup of apple sauce)
  • 1 Plum Organics Apple Raisin & Quinoa pouch (or substitute 1/2 cup applesauce)
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar or honey
  • 21/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds optional
  • 1 cup dried cranberries can substitute with your favorite dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
Directions: 
1. Whisk together pouches and honey in a large bowl.
2. Combine with oats, nuts, wheat germ and cranberries.
3. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and pour mix into pan.
4. Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
5. Allow to cool for one hour then remove from pan and cut into bars. Makes 12 bar
