-The use of the collective pronoun women. Makes the text more generalised to all women: they all go through the same thing because they are all the same gender.
-makes the text seem more friendly and like the writer is speaking from experience - this implies that the writer is a women and therefore helps the audience (most of which will be women travellers) relate to the text more and trust that the advice given is the best that the writer has to offer

Audience/ text positioning and synthetic personalisation

> Second-person words such as "you" used as imperatives, telling what to do- this creates the idea that the writer is above the text receiver and knows more than them, and is directing them on what to do.
>Acts like they know what all women are like, generalising them- as the list tells the audience to "take a break from technology" and "you do not have to eat alone"- creates the idea that they know what women are likely to do/want. Somewhat synthetic personalisation- the writer acts like they know you personally and what will benefit you, and sort of puts themselves on a 'friend'-level to the text receivers.
>Uses personal pronouns such as "my" in the sentence "my favourite way is..." to give a more personal and conversational feel to the blog and make it feel like you're getting advice from a friend. Adjective "favourite" also gives more personal feel and adds weight to the opinions of the writer, as if they know what's the best for themselves so they also know what's best for their readers.
>Therefore, audience positioned below text producer, but in a friendly way- like the writer is their friend that knows what's best for them.

- The noun 'inspiration' suggests that travelling is fun and can inspire all sorts of creativity and emotions. Will appeal to target audience as they want to have this experience whilst travelling.
- The verb 'planning' supports the idea that travelling requires lots of careful actions and forward decisions, which can be stressful but rewarding when you can sit back and enjoy your trip.
- The verb 'enriching' suggests that you gain a lot culturally from travelling which can make you a more interesting and well-rounded individual. It gives the impression that you become absorbed in the destination you choose and experience life there in a way that enhances your knowledge, perhaps even in a spiritual way.
