The chemical reaction in Monday's lab had sodium bicarbonate and acetic acid and we combined it together to form a new compound. When we combined them together they had bubbles forming. We predicted that once we combined the two, we wouldn't have as much bubbles form the other times as much as the first. Our outcome was that each time we poured baking soda to the vinegar, the bubbles rose up more. I knew that our outcome did not support our hypothesis because we thought the bubbles wouldn't form more each time we poured the baking soda into the vinegar, but each time we poured the baking soda, the bubbles rose up more.
