1. Harry potter by J.K Rowling. I picked this book because it was one of the first books that got me in the reading zone. also, It was a big book for first grade me so i thought that i was cool for reading it.

3. Children of blood and bone by Tomi Adeyemi. I Picked this because it was kind of sad and you felt bad for the characters. It also made you hate the antagonists.

I have a dilema with these books. On one hand, phenomenal, on the other, the author. J.K. Rowling has said some... stuff. I loved these books because of the perfect balance of, well, everything. For example, action, school and side quests. There are tons of all of those things happening throughout every book, especially Book 6
2. Scythe by Neal Shusterman. Normally, I would end up liking one of the books near the end or the middle in 3-5 book series, but in Scythe, the first one is the best. I think it is the best because of the way they introduce the characters, you can feel what they are feeling, you can see the world through there eyes, even though it is in third person.
3. The House of Hades by Rick Riordan. I really loved this book out of all the Percy Packson / Heroes of Olympus books because of all the twists and turns, and all the character development.
4. All Bone books by Jeff Smith. I loved all of there books because they are a quick & read with an amazing plot and amazing characters
5. All Garfield books by Jim Davis. This series is a gem, some really great fight scenes, and surprisingly good story. I still stand by the fact that the show is a little overrated.
2. Amulet. I don't really like the comics anymore but back in the day these were BOMB. 
3. The Walking Dead graphic novels. These were top notch, really cool. Unlike the show, it's not as repetitive and generally fun reads. 
4. Bone. Really good comics, even to this day! Illustrations have a nice aesthetic, impressive to say the least. Plus it's pretty funny at certain moments. The Nameless City by Faith Erin Hicks because even tho it was mostly about racing it had such a good world
Estranged Ethan M. Aldridge because it made me want to read more
The Chosen by Taran Matharu because it had such a strange and interesting world and it made me want to read more fantasy
