         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>The 2nd Amendment was implementing by the founding fathers to ensure the people of the United States could arm themselves if the government ever became tyrannical. For the government to remove or restrict said amendment is an admittance and acceptance of the tyranny and oppression that the amendment was created to fight against.</li><li>Just as programs like Alcohol Anonymous was the better solution to the alcoholic problems of the past, and not prohibition, programs that help the individuals mentally is the solution to the 2nd Amendment problem of the present, not gun control. </li></ol><div>FINISHED</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
