Laura and Rodri!
1. Everything is temporary. There are days or stages that seem interminable but it's helped me to stay present to say to myself-- this too shall pass.
2. Nothing is linear! Some days you move forward and some days backwards but it doesn't mean you are back where you started! Things ebb and flow.
3. Seek support-- for me as soon as I let someone in on an area where I was struggling my world changed instantaneously and things seemed so much easier.
4.You are enough in yourself! Don't worry about becoming a good mom or dad... you are amazing people who will be amazing parents. Stay true to who you are. We can't wait to get to know this guy. xoxoxooxoxoxo

My biggest advice to you both would be to learn to ask for help and to have ample nourishing food to heal your hormonal rollercoaster ride. You are a goddess and Rodri is your anchor and support. Together you are solid Gold. Love you both and your baby boy so much.
