Sutori is a tool that allows the user to create or view visual stories. It is a useful tool for teachers to view stories, construct their own, or create assignments for their students. It is a flexible resource that allows children to explore a variety of content. A con is that some of the pre-made content requires the user to pay a fee to view or use it. In addition, the quality of the content varies. The pros include that it is an engaging tool, user-friendly, interactive, and can be used in many contexts. Also, it allows students to create original materials.

Visme is used to make presentations similar to PowerPoint.

Pros: The results of using visme can be a bit more professional looking than presentation in my own opinion. Additionally, Visme has a relatively easy to figure out design that makes it easy to manuever.
Cons: I feel that Visme is more of a one page type of presentation, so if you had more information you would like to include using PowerPoint might be more effective.

Canva is a graphic design tool that originally started as a way for teachers and students to work collaboratively to create school yearbooks. Now, it has become an easy to use graphic design tool. You can create designs that resemble social media posts. By doing this, you can help to teach children how to use social media appropriately, without having to actually access the social media. With a drag and drop set up, it is very user-friendly. Not only can you make mock social media posts, you can design invitations, ads. etc. to be used in the classroom.

Piktochart

Pros: Piktochart’s biggest perk might be its library of over 200 infographic templates created by a team of in-house designers. Canva similarly offers templates from its own designers, but sometimes you have to sift through user contributions to find them.

Piktochart also lets you import data or survey results from SurveyMonkey, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel, giving it that data-friendly boost. Unlike a couple of these platforms, Piktochart has video embed capabilities, making it a great choice for visually engaging and interactive designs.

Cons: Many intricate infographic templates are only available with the paid versions of Piktochart. While it might be worth it to pay for some of them, you can find similar ones for free on Visme and Canva.

Cost: Free. You can upgrade to $15 a month or $29 a month for extra features such as more image uploads, watermark removal, and more integrated export platforms.

This tool enables teachers to choose from over 600 templates to make infographics for students and their classroom. These can be presented as slideshows or you can even get them printed out to hang in the classroom. The only thing I don't like about this tool is the price, which is a bit costly. For an individual account, it is $39.99 for 12 months. If you wanted to allow your students to access this resource for a project it would cost $120 for 4 months, which activates 30 accounts.
