It was an amazing experience. I started the activity with a lot pending things and fully stressed, but as i was thinking and talking with myself, i realized that what really matter were not the pending things i owned. I got to the conclusion that what really matter was being with the people I love and enjoy being with them. I had the opportunity to organize my mind after an stressfull day.

I went to the nearest park to my home and I decided to go for a run which I didn't continue for long because I got tired quickly and I had the feeling that I was missing music so to avoid the stressful experience I decided it was better to sit down and watch the others run, which I like better because I got a space where I could just relax, forget about my pendings and just try to not think about anything.

I went to a park near to my home and I started to walk and while I was walking I was watching the trees and also the dogs that were in the park with their owners. It was a different experience because I never go to the park alone, at least I go with my dog, and I think I preferred that.

It was a different experience, since although I usually go running in the park in front of my house, on this occasion my thoughts were different. I wasn't thinking about things that stressed me out or things I needed to do; instead, I was focusing more on things that I don't usually think about. Therefore, it became more enjoyable for me to run, and the environment around me became a little more enjoyable as well. Likewise, I realized that I was more relaxed and calm as time went by. I noticed that this activity helped me to be a little calmer for the rest of the day.

I stepped out to my backyard for this activity. My first impulse was to bring my headphones or a book but I resisted. At first I was feeling a little stressed with everything and being alone, but after a while I got to thinking and started praying and it was a nice time, but I did ended up falling asleep for like 25 minutes. When I woke up, I was feeling quite relaxed and rested.

I was extremely tired and it helped me to relax my body and have some alone time to think and enjoy my own company. I will try to do it more often.

I went to Paseo de la Reforma on Sunday to take my weekly long run preparing for the half marathon on July. I knew I was living the present given that I was thinking a lot abut myself, my week and problems I could have on present or future situations and also felt the pain of the legs for running such a long distance.

I realized that when I am with my family, my girlfriend and my close friends are the best moments and are when I feel the best. While I was running I realized that I own myself an apology, given that I haven't been my best lastly on school and that could affect on this period of exams. Then, I started thinking about my current job and realized that I am really thankful to one of the scholars that has helped me a lot with the processes and to my boss for teaching me and taking the time for caring about me. When I was ending the run I thought that I would love that my legacy is remembered from my close ones as a person that never gives up, that dreams a lot but makes things happen anyways. And finally, that I have to sleep more because I am really tired given the school, future exams and running jajaja.

I was in Bicentenario Park in Mexico City, lying on a blanket under the trees. I chose a secluded spot near the lake, away from the bustling crowds. As I settle into my hour of solitude, I begin by taking a leisurely stroll along the winding pathways, feeling the earth beneath my feet and the gentle breeze on my skin.

I pause by the water's edge to meditate, letting the tranquil atmosphere envelop me. Amidst the serene surroundings, I reflect on the questions that have been posed:

1. How do I know I'm living in the present?

 - I focus on my breath, grounding myself in the present moment. With each inhalation and exhalation, I set aside distractions and focus on the here and now.

2. What are the moments when I feel most alive?

 - Shared laughter with loved ones, thrilling adventures, and moments of personal triumph. These are the instances that ignite my spirit and fill me with vitality.

3. To whom do I owe an apology?

 - Reflecting on past interactions, I recognize instances where my words or actions may have caused harm. I commit to offering apologies to those affected, seeking to mend any rifts and cultivate understanding.

4. To whom do I need to acknowledge or thank for their contribution to shaping the person I am today?

 - Gratitude wells up within me as I acknowledge the fundamental role played by family, friends, mentors, and teachers. Their unwavering support and guidance have shaped my character and transformed me into the person I am today.

5. What will my legacy be?

 - Contemplating my impact on the world, I aspire to leave a legacy of compassion, kindness, and positive change. I strive to uplift others, leaving a lasting imprint of empathy and goodwill.

6. How could I change someone's life for the better with a simple action?

 - As I conclude my introspective hour, I commit to seizing opportunities for altruism and kindness in my daily life. Whether through a genuine gesture, a listening ear, or an act of service, I recognize the profound impact that simple actions can have on the lives of others.

1 hour in the wild encapsulates was an unorthodox activity which helps relieve the stress from regular schoolwork. Throughout the time I spent in reflection I found myself thinking about how the disconnect between media and consumer is growing to the point to which there is no part of modern life without an advertised. This spectacle leads to unoriginal thought and homogenized opinions maybe if we had 1 hour in nature “the experience” a paid service more people would gather in these type of settings. I thought the 1 hour in nature activity was a great cha ge of pace and appreciated the ingenious of the activity for allowing reflection regarding the particular headspace we are in.
