I feel they are generally pretty spot on. And unfortunally I am currently the only teacher librarian in my school. But the good thing is that the school is very supportive so it is somewhat like a process from " Zero to One". It's a big challenge but at the same time is also excited as an adventure. I love helping students discover their love of learning for the younger students, and believe passionately that older students should learn how to become critical thinkers and users of information to make great life choices.
