From my understanding, Global Citizenship seems to define a good citizen, who cares to a Global volley, means other people. According the philosopher, each human shall know how to be free, not bothering the alter-ego. We thus can say that Global Citizenship, adding to my mates definition, is how to be free knowing that other can be free the same way without bothering each comfort zone, passing by solidarity, the respect of laws/duties/rights/values, treating people equal, respect .
