powering off your phone, 
and doing as much work as you can.

3) Setting a timer. This can motivate you and make you push yourself to keep working and then take a break after about 20 minutes.
2) Removing all distractions. This can include a phone or move away from your loud sibling.
1) Moving a part of your body while reading what you are studying. I don't know why this helps but for me if I am clicking a pen or fidgeting with my hands I am more likely to remember the material.
