I'm grateful for the friendships I have - for Millie, Adele and Jade.

I'm grateful for my family and for technology - because of whatsapp calls, mama, me and mum&emma were able to have a group call from our various locations to sing happy birthday to mama - 72 today! 

I'm extremely grateful to have you; the love of my life, my human, my soul mate, my best friend.

You make my life feel so full of love and happiness and I genuinely don't know what I'd do without you✨ you are the best thing that ever happened to me. Thank you for being such a huge part of my life and for loving me unconditionally💛

I heard it on the radio and it though of you and how brave you're being. Despite how rubbish you're feeling and how much you've got to think about and worry about, you're still doing so well. You're doing uni work, you're looking after yourself and you're having some fun with the guys.

It may seem tough at the moment with this campaign but I see no difference whatsoever, and that is exactly to be expected, I’d say it will take at least 3 weeks until the scales say something positive and that is natural. The key is consistency, you need to convince your body that your lifestyle is changing, otherwise it won’t change. That goes for both of us.
