         <description><![CDATA[<p>Something that may be useful in regards to Teaching Artist work is also the sustainability of teaching artistry- right now (in Hawai'i at least) you need a certain amount of privilege to be an independent teaching artist (time, flexible schedule, reliant on grant funding). This ties into professional development, wellness and vetting of teaching artists.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
