Second, I don't think that Trump's actions were a remotely presidential way to act. I also think he is responsible for raising the political tension high enough for an event such as the storming of the Capitol to happen, but I am still divided on whether or not he is directly or legally responsible for what happened. Yes, Trump told his supporters to march to the Capitol, and yes he encouraged them to protest, but he did specifically say they should do so, "peacefully and patriotically". He never actually mentioned using acts of violence, and it is because of this that I question the legal validity of his removal from office.
