-I was taught to handle bill payment, hearing and handling complaints from guests

On the sixth day at the housekeeping department
-I was taught to how stripping the bed and making the bed from supervisor, Kak Fati
-First stripping the bed like move if there is goods or clothing guest to place, after finished making restore to the starting position and then remove pillow case one by one so that the items on the bed are not carried over the laundry and move all dirty linen bag on the plastic bag
-After stripping the bed making the bed check cleanliness of the bed pad, replace if dirty and then place the first sheet in the middle of the bed, then lock each corner with a 45-degree angle, then place duvet cover as the first sheet, the top edge of the duvet parallel to the edge of the bed, then trim it until it looks toned, after that place a pillow that has a pillowcase mounted on the end of the bed near the head board and the last step is place the bottom bed and runner from the bed

-Go to office housekeeping to collect items and equipment items on the basket to make a room

-I was taught how to fold the towel properly arrange it in the bed and remove the dust inside the room

-I was taught to clean the toilet like clean the dirty glass tumbler, clean the toilet, shower and mirror, replace the dirty towel with a cleaner according to the standard
-Clean the bathroom floor, make sure that no hair is left behind to properly place baths

- After that I was asked to check the arrival room
-This arrival room will have to ensure this room is in a clean and tidy condition and the interior of the room is complete

-On the tenth day i was started at the 7.30 am because at the Villa had the event
- I have to assigned to clean the room stay according to the report prepared by the front office to make sure the room is at the clean and comfortable to the guest 
-After make sure the room in the good condition I use to help at the staff at kitchen for prepared the lunch for the guest
