Yellow, have recognised for many years the need to shift their business focus to online products however the company have faced numerous challanges that it appears to be finding difficult to overcome.  Yellow partnered with google to sell google ads but this partnership has since ended. Yellow, have their own apps which are combercine and slow compared to google and 'google plus' features that businesses can create, monitor and change at no charge saving them significant money in advertising costs.  In recent years many yellow staff have been made redundant in an effort to keep the business financially viable (R. A program was developed where a caregiver remains with the patient/s 24/7. This has resulted in less falls and incidents and more settled patients.
This takes up extra staff hours but has a very positive effect for all.

Because of the fast growing technology they have had to adapt to that by providing their news online aswell as keep their newspapers. This is a good change and a bad one at the same time.
