Leaders are respected and not questioned.

They work in order to live. Instead of live to work.

They do not like change and are not indulgent.

Honor, respect and esteem are very important.

Gifts are a form of affection.

Appearance is important.

Direct eye contact is important.

The wealthy usually receive good schooling.

Large class sizes and rote learning are common in public schools. Teachers change classes and not the students. In primary schools the boys sit on one side and the girls on the other.

There is a lower rate of literacy of girls than boys.

Teachers are not paid well and the quality of instruction is low.

It is an ancient culture with respect to the past.

Dinner time is usually between 8:00pm and 12:00am.
