We engaged in a cycle of equity visits involving 4 fourth grade teachers, conducting student and teacher interviews with questions developed after our first visit.  We now have begun a school-wide cycle of professional learning following the list of look for to unpack each and provide time for bridge to practice.  We are beginning to plan for our second cycle of equity walks.</div>]]></description>
